During this week, I try to cut the photograph's background. It is very tired to cut all of background because I need to keep the shape more smooth. Therefore, I must spend a lot of time for that.

Moreover, some photographs are not very beautiful. Therefore, I not only cut the photograph's background but also need to make them more beautiful.

week 8

In this week, I have been very busy because I have a lot of assignments. Therefore, I have not spent a lot of time for our project. However, I also try to cut flowers and flower basket from background.

As you know, our website will allow customers to arrange flowers. Therefore, I need to cut flowers from their background.

Moreover, about flower baskets, I take phototgraphs in the flower shop. Shop's owner does not allow me to move flower basket. Therefore, I also need to cut background because these backgrounds are not beautiful.

week 7_ Taking photographs (part2)

In week 5, I have taken a lot of photographs. However, it is not enough for our project. Therefore, today, I must go to other shops and take photographs. It is difficult to take photographs about flowers because we need to take very sharp. Moreover, the light also affects to photographs color. In different time, we will have photographs with different color. Therefore, we need to choose suitable time or set white balance for your photographs. The suitable time for taking flowers is morning. The evening is not good to take flowers photographs because the light will affect to color of photographs.

In our website, we sell flowers that are placed in the basket. Therefore, I need to take flower basket photographs. These are some flower basket photographs.

Moreover, our website also allow customer to arrange flowers. Therefore, I also need to take single flowers.

week 6 _ Proposal Reflection

This week, I have spent a lot of time for Proposal. There are a lot of things that I need to do such as divide tasks for every member in my group, arrange the time and so on. Moreover, I also need to explain to every member about their tasks when they have some trouble. This is the second time that I am a leader. Be a leader is difficult.

With trying of all members, proposal is finished well. My tasks are Project Outline, Synopsis, Aims (target audience), production schedule, timeline, technical requirement, Flow Chart Contents. Firstly, about Concept Outline, I write about 6 goals of our project. It is difficult because I understand about our goals clearly. Secondly, about Synopsis, I expand Concept Outline and try to explain about the good things in our website. Thirdly, about Aims (target audience), I also complete it easy. Moreover, about production schedule and timeline, I do not spend a lot of time for drawing them because they accord to Gant Chart that I drew two week ago. However, I have spent a lot of time for placing Timeline in Proposal because Gant Chart is too big. I try to small it by many ways. But I can not make it smaller. Therefore, I cut it by 3 parts and also provide a link to help view to view full Gant Chart by Excel. About technical requirement (Project Team, Resources, technical Specification), I define tasks, resources and understand the good skills of every member so I can write it easily. Finally, I draw Flow Chart Contents. I accord to sitemap and draw it.

There are a lot of tasks. However, it is not very difficult to complete them. Writing a proposal is very useful. It helps us to work project easily.

week 5 _ Taking Photos

For our project, in this week, I went to flower shops for taking photos. However, I have some difficulties.

Firstly, owners usually do not like other people go to their shop for taking flower's photos without buying flower. Therefore, I am afraid that owners will not allow me to take photos. For solution, firstly, I bought some flowers and then, I ask the owner to take some photos. Very lucky, she allowed me to take photo.

Secondly, I was not allowed to move flower basket or flower. Hence, I take photos difficultly. As a resul, it is not very beautiful photos and we will get some difficulties when we edit photos because it does not have primary colour for background.
